- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must have been purchased directly from TrackFitWatches.com (purchases from third-party retailers are not eligible for returns through our website).
Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns, such as gift cards, promotional items, or customized products. If your item is not eligible for a return, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at https://account.trackfitwatches.com to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. b. Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the item(s). c. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, along with a copy of your order confirmation and the return authorization number. d. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Please allow up to [10] days for us to receive and process your return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives at the designated destination.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

- Exchanges
